Beachview Apartment is a delightful luxury spacious first floor apartment set in a quiet position in St.Ives away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. A short walk will take you to Porthminster beach, many interesting shops and art galleries and numerous good restaurants.

Accommodation

A light and airy apartment with breathtaking views over Porthminster beach, the island and the town. The large comfortable lounge/diner has wonderful views and balcony with panoramic views. The kitchen is well equipped and door leads to small sunny patio. There are two bedrooms a double with 5ft bed and en-suite shower room and a twin with WHB ( no wardrobe but hanging space) there is a bathroom with bath, shower over bath, toilet and WHB.
