Kolbuszowa Dolna is included in the Kolbuszowa Region Research Group (KRRG). Shtetlach were interwoven together like a tapestry and the Jewish people of neighboring shtetlach linked by marriages, trade and marketing. They shared schools, cemeteries, kosher butchers, bakers and more. Smaller shtetlach registered their birth, marriages and death in a nearby larger shtetl. History/Geography:

In present day Poland Kolbuszowa Dolna is in the Podkarpackie Province (Województwo). County (Powiat): Kolbuszowa. Rural Administrative District: (Gmina) Kolbuszowa.
Before the Holocaust Kolbuszowa Dolna used the Kolbuszowa Jewish Cemetery
Kolbuszowa Dolna (including Lowczówskie and Lesnictwo), a village in Kolbuszowa county, 2 km. north of the town, with 1,258 Roman Catholic inhabitants. The major estate, belonging to Count Z. Tyszkiewicz, covers 181 mórgs of farmland, 14 of meadows and gardens, 40 of pastureland, and 20 of forests; the minor estate covers 881 m6rgs of farmland, 168 of meadows and gardens, 203 of pastureland, and 13 of forests. The village has a gmina loan society with a capital of 997 ZL. R.
