The richest material on Shumsk comes from the Yizkor Book, which is in the process of being translated.

A brief and not entirely accurate report on the cemetery in Shumsk is available as part of the International Jewish Cemetery Project (in the report Shumsk I refers to the mass grave from the Shoah, and Shumsk II refers to the cemetery).
