My great-aunt Sarah MARGOLYES married Elijah PASEVITCH & they  settled in Glasgow, Scotland. We thought all members of his  family emigrated. But we find a letter (only a month ago - stuck in an envelope) showing that a STUPEL family remained in Grodno (Belorus)in 1939. And Elijah had a brother, first name unknown, who changed his name to PASE & his widow, Henrietta PASE died in Shelby County, Memphis, Tenn. in October 1971. She was 103 years old.
