Aid Society
The constitution and by-laws of the Kopatkewitcher Aid Society were
organized in December, 1905, and amended in 1945. Founding members were:

The purpose of the society was "to provide aid in case of sickness and
need, endowment benefit, burial expenses and free burial ground in case
of death and also to give as much help as possible to the Jewish
Nation."
The Society continues to function, and is now devoted primarily to
commemorating the Jewish community of Kopatkevichi. Meetings are held
annually.

Agudas Achim Anshe Kopatkavitch
Chevra Agudas Achim Anshe Kopatkavitch incorporated as a not-for-profit
organization in the State of New York in May, 1906.
The purpose of the organization was "devotional worship, to assist each
other in case of need or in distress and to assist in the burial of
deceased members and their families."
