Lyakhovichi Property Owners in the Registries of 1874-1898
Immediately below is an abridged alphabetical table which indicates all of the individuals by family name, who are included in the main table in the center column of this page. The main table is in the order the listings appear in the registry (which appears to be in Russian Alphabetical Order repeated for different date periods). A third index of this material appears in our pages titled Fathers of Lyakhovichi, a comprehensive list and description of men who appear as patronymics in records of Lyakhovichi residents. Find thepage links to the Fathers of Lyakhovichi in the right-hand column of this page as they are divided across several pages alphabetically. You can also continue to Twentieth Century Property Owners in Lyakhovichi. Some of the properties change hands in that period and you can utilize the title changes for your genealogical investigations!
The notes in this table: ng means "not given" in the original; "Orthodox" and "Tatar" are designations in the original but they have been moved into the current column simply to be visible in this table. Orthodox is the accepted designation for members of the Russian Orthodox faith and is not related to any level of Jewish observance! Patronymic info in brackets is supplied by the webmaster from other documents on this website and may not be correct if there are multiple people with the same name - brackets indicate this info is not original to the document.

Documents of Lyakhovichi History: Real Estate
The Property Owner Registry of Lyakhovichi 1870s-1890s Provided by the Lyakhovichi Research Group
The Property Record Information below, is still somewhat raw and unprocessed. Dr. Lamdan has mentioned his hopes to create an informational article on the material, as his schedule allows. It seems that the information was extracted from a series of registers in the National Historical Archives of Belarus in Minsk and with the concerted efforts of the Lyakhovichi Special Interest Group, been made available. The spread sheets with which the webmaster was provided, came with the researcher's notes that I have included and the few additional notes by me are clearly labeled. This kind of project is necessarily an index and abstract of the original material, not a complete reporting of what you will find in the original. I am not sure if photoduplication of any of the records was obtained, but if so I will endeavor to include that material in the update for additional collaborative effort at making the most detailed data available.
There is an abridged alphabetical table in column one which indicates all of the individuals by family name, who are included in this table. The main table is in the order the listings appear in the registry. A third index of this material appears in our list of Fathers of Lyakhovichi aka The Patronymic Tables, a set of pages and descriptions of men who appear as patronymics in nineteenth century records of Lyakhovichi residents. Or you may continue to Twentieth Century Property Owners in Lyakhovichi now.
In the list below the abbreviation POR is the webmaster's short version of Property Owners Register. The 2 digit number is the nineteenth century year. So POR74 is the Property Owner's Register for 1874.
