As I readied this material for the November 2008 update, I found that a page of the Patronyms table was missing. Not just delayed in delivery as any webmaster is used to, but confoundedly unaccounted for. I have Word documents that were used in constructing it, but cannot find the finished product which I am sure that I completed with the May 2008 update. However, there is a silver lining. I have so much more material available now than I had in May 2008, that at the very least, an addition would have been required. And it is in many ways easier to construct the tables new, than to work around old code when creating the software. So good news and bad news, folks. A page is missing that is especially annoying as I wanted to research people named Khaskel, Khana, Khaim, etc. But we now have a much greater range of materials from which to create the replacement. - Deborah Glassman, November, 2008
