A Newspaper Photo taken in 1910 of Lechovicher Zionist Funeral
To view other pages in our Photos category, click the "Photos" button in the left hand column
Look at the photo anc click on it to reach an enlarged image. That second page can be magnified by hovering your cursor in the lower right hand corner to brind up the internet explorer expansion icon. You can take your time studying the larger image and then proceed to the grid covered photo just below. When you have chosen a section of the grid to study, find it's title (i.e. Section 1) in the table below. Click that to see a
more detailed image of that close-up. We need you to help name specific people! Tell us why you think it is them. Show us other pictures of that person to help us understand. Tell us why you think that they would be at a funeral for a Zionist activist in Lyakhovichi in 1910. Maybe you can't identify a person by name but you think they look very similar to a relative of yours. Send us both photos and maybe we will eventually be able to use software for image recognition to make a determination.

Individuals You Can Help Identify
In addition to being able to click on the enlarged whole-photograph, you can study the closeups below. In this first look, we are not separating out individuals, but we can change that as you share your knowledge. We will post an extracted individual right next to another photo you have of the same person in our next update! In the meantime, click on any image below to go to a larger version. To determine the section of the page look at the grid above.
