Sally Roter wrote me some time ago because of the published site on Rozalimas.

Her story is as follows:

Sally is the granddaughter of Moishe Kuper of Rozalimas.Moishe, later known as Moses. He left Lithuania in the 1890’s, following his brothers Myer and Philip to South Africa. Moses was in the Cape Colony and was naturalised in 1901, he was called now Morris Cooper. He went to England and married her grandmother in 1908.Her grandfather named his business in England Roslyn and on his naturalisation certificate one can read: a native of Rasalina. That's why Sally says he is from Rozalimas. Moishe was a tailor, later a clothing manufacturer. Her grandfather died in a road accident in 1941 in England.
