I am Barry Mann. I started creating this web site at the beginning of 2002. I need volunteers to help me create and maintain this web site. When I refer to Witbankers, I am referring  to people of Jewish descent from Witbank, and their descendants. I live in El Paso, Texas, U.S.A.

     During the summer of 2002 I spent seven weeks in South Africa. I did a lot of research on the Jewish Community of Witbank, and have accumulated enough material to add to our web site, to keep me busy for a few years. 

    I (we) have two Witbank web sites. This one and the second one below, where I will display photos and data as I disseminate all our new Witbank information, onto this second temporary transitional web site.

     I will eventually update this original Witbank web site, with material from the the second temporary web site after I have disseminated all the new Witbank material.

5. Member books of the various Witbank Jewish organizations and other organization lists and directories. Photos of special organization events, including group photos of people.

6. Member books of the various Witbank Jewish Youth  organizations and other organization lists and directories. Photos of special organization events including group photos of people.

7. Photos of Witbank's schools and group photos of students. High school yearbooks, which contain group photos.

8. Newspaper clippings of interesting Jewish events.

This  window is only temporary. It will eventually be removed from this web site. The contents, and photos on this web site will be updated and improved, as new material is obtained and errors corrected.

None of this web site's pages are complete and much more content still needs to be added to each page. (Including photos). The only links that are currently active are those blue links within  a    Green   background, that look like the blue link below.
